Manage 5-7 engineers on Beacon's Datastore Team, coaching them to pursue opportunities to grow their impact at Beacon, and guiding them to overcome challenges along their journey. Develop a deep understanding of the Datastore Team's activity and products to facilitate continuous improvement of the team's internal processes. Cultivate an environment where engineers are empowered to learn constantly and collaboratively.
